The numbers a group needs to run itself sit in systems that were never meant to talk to each other — and those systems expose no APIs at all.

Month-end becomes an exercise in assembling spreadsheets, and by the time a figure is agreed it already describes the past. The shape of the build is four steps: the existing databases, a secure integration layer, the business rules and KPIs, then the dashboards and reports. Most of the work is that integration layer — getting the data out without disturbing what is already running.

The dashboards cover sales and purchase performance, pending orders and fulfilment risk, collections and fund outflows, debtors, creditors and advances, stock value, availability and ageing, production performance, project costing and profitability, the profit and loss statement, the balance sheet and the working-capital position. Every one is filterable by date, company, branch, customer, vendor, product or project, and every figure drills down to the transaction behind it.

Arc AI sits on top as decision support: authorised users can ask why profit fell this month, who needs collection follow-up, which projects will exceed budget or what is pushing working capital up. Answers are drawn only from approved business data and stay traceable to the source figures — the decision stays with the user.
