Who we are
Yuuktiq Private Limited is a company based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We build custom AI software and AI agents for businesses. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at contact@yuuktiq.com. For the purposes of data-protection law, Yuuktiq is the controller of the personal information described here.
What we collect, and why
We only collect information for clear reasons:
- When you contact us — through the contact form, the intake conversation, or the careers form — we collect what you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to follow up about your enquiry or application.
- When you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address so we can send you the posts and updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- When you simply browse the site, we use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful and how the site performs. This tells us things like which pages are popular — not who you personally are. On first visit we ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set, and you can decline.
- Marketing source — if you arrive through a campaign link, we may record where you came from (for example the referring website or campaign tag) and attach it to your enquiry, so we understand which of our efforts are helpful.
- Basic security information — like other websites, our systems briefly handle technical details such as your IP address to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and stop spam and bots. We do not use any service that tries to identify you personally as an anonymous visitor.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and please don't send us any through the forms.
What happens to an enquiry after you send it
When you send the contact form, two automated checks run on it before it reaches a person. We tell you this here, and ask you to agree to it on the form itself, because it goes further than simply passing your message along.
- An automatic first read. Your message is screened to help us tell real enquiries from spam and automated submissions, using the message itself and signals such as whether the email domain has a mail server, how old the domain is, and how quickly the form was completed. The result is only a label at the top of the email we receive. No enquiry is ever refused, hidden or deleted because of it — a person reads every message either way.
- A look at your company. From the domain of your work email address we look up public business information: the domain's registration date and mail provider, and a short summary of your company's own public website. This is information the company has already published about itself.
We do not build a profile of you as an individual, we do not scrape social networks or professional platforms, and we do not buy personal data about you from third parties. If we want to know more about the person we are talking to, we search for you ourselves in the ordinary way, as anyone would.
If you would rather we did none of this, email us directly at contact@yuuktiq.com instead of using the form, and no automated check will run.
The legal basis for using your information
We use your information because you asked us to do something (such as reply to your enquiry or send you updates), because it is in our legitimate interest to run and secure our website and business, or because the law requires it. Where the law needs your consent — for example, analytics cookies — we ask for it first and you are free to say no.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we don't share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site — for example, to deliver our emails, to measure website traffic, and to protect the site from spam and abuse. These providers only handle your information on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Where your information is handled
Our service providers may process information on servers located outside India. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it — for example, to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, or until you unsubscribe. After that we delete it or keep it only where the law requires.
Your rights and choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information, where the law allows.
- Withdraw your consent to analytics, or unsubscribe from updates.
- Object to certain uses of your information.
To exercise any of these, just email contact@yuuktiq.com and we'll take care of it. These rights are recognised under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws such as the GDPR for visitors in those regions. If you ever feel we haven't handled your information properly, you have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority — but we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. We use only what we need: essential items that make the site work and remember your preferences (like light or dark mode and your cookie choice), and — only if you accept — analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can decline analytics when asked, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Children
Our website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
